Although we’re always committed to providing the best possible solutions for our clients’ needs, there may occasionally be challenges with individual projects. For this reason, the following terms apply:
Service Warranty
We’ll keep in touch with you for 7 more days after submitting the completed project. During this time, if any minor changes are needed such as small text updates, media changes, or CSS styling then we will take care of them. However, any changes to the agreed scope of work that request the addition or replacement of any complex features or functionality will be subject to additional charges.
Refund Policy
All of our services including website development, eCommerce development, SEO, website migration, website speed optimization, and troubleshooting are offered as fixed-price projects, except for consulting and ongoing maintenance. So, you won’t be fully charged until the project is done. Due to the nature of digital services, we cannot issue a refund once the order has been accepted and the project has commenced. However, work in progress may be cancelled, but payment will be due for work completed at that time. We may consider issuing a refund in certain situations, such as a duplicate order, at our discretion to ensure a fair resolution.
Please note that we do not refund partial months on any recurring month-to-month services. If you paid for a month and canceled the service before the month has begun, we will refund for the month.
